These devices are classified as general wellness products and are not medical devices.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate.
We accept payments in GBP, EUR, and USD.
Prices will include VAT once our VAT registration is complete. Until then, no VAT is charged.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Shipping

We ship worldwide except to North and South America.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Products are non-refundable once delivered.
Please ensure that the product is suitable for your needs before purchasing.

Warranty

All products come with a 1-year warranty (parts and labour).
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
The warranty does not cover:
